Return Policy Overview*
Electronics purchased from www.cubedge.com can be easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be accepted; refunds will not be issued for such items.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
Any unopened item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: you’ll receive 80% of item’s price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: you’ll receive up to 50% of item’s price.
You are responsible for shipping your returning item to CUBEDGE. If CUBEDGE prepares your return label and box, there will be restocking fee of $20 ($50 for International)
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us at info@cubedge.com and put title “Damaged Item Return”. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
Defective Items
If your item isn’t working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item) and the tech support page. You can usually find troubleshooting and “getting started” information there. If you need additional assistance, request missing pieces or replacement parts, or warranty information, please contact us.
